1. Are you trying to eliminate the curatorial aspect in your gallery?
1. We try to interfere the least possible, in many cases we see the exhibition as late as at the opening. If anyone insists on consulting the non-finished artwork we are at his disposal.
2. What is the concept of your gallery like?
2. The concept of the gallery probably doesn’t exist. Of course we take care of necessities (invitations, communication with authors, website updates…), important is as well to transfer the atmosphere of the openings through the videos published on our website. The only thing we stick to are thus the opening with some surprises.
3. Do you know about any contemporary art gallery with a similar concept abroad, which is as well run by the artists and whose activity remains in the non-profit sector? Would you give me, please, its website and email address. Choose one gallery only.
3. Recently I visited in Dresden one nonprofit gallery which was led by local street artist Jens Besser and someone unknown to me, I don’t have their contact details unfortunately.
4. Are you willing to participate for your gallery in the upcoming exhibition in Armature works in Ústí nad Labem in September 2011?
